Depot effect for optimal supply. Since the body cannot store vitamin C for a long time, it is best to take vitamin C several times a day in the form of fresh fruits or vegetables. But this is not always possible. Therefore, double-layered acerola tablets with vitamin C and zinc offer a good alternative. The special two-layer formula helps to ensure the delivery of vitamin C. While the easily soluble layer supplies the body with vitamin C and zinc in a short period of time, the second layer breaks down slowly and allows a gradual release of vitamin C over several hours (depot effect). In this way, vitamin C is available to the body for a longer time, so that the body is reliably supplied with vitamin C.
