Vitamin B-complex capsules provide the body with the 8 important vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 and B12. B-complex vitamins are involved in a large number of important metabolic processes in the body and make a significant contribution to mental and physical well-being.
For energy and the nervous system: B vitamins play an important role for the nerves and the psyche, especially under high stress, for example at work or at home. In addition, folic acid can help reduce feelings of fatigue and exhaustion. The capsules are particularly suitable for vegans and vegetarians, as vitamin B12 is usually found mainly in animal foods.

Vitamins B1, B2, niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), B6, biotin (B7) and B12 contribute to normal metabolism and energy production. With the exception of pantothenic acid (B5), they also contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Folic acid (B9) contributes to reducing the feeling of fatigue.

Recommended use: One capsule with liquid once a day. If there is an increased need, take one capsule twice a day.
