According to teacher Peter Deunov, with the advent of wheat, evolution began. Wheat is rich in vitamins B1, B2, E, PP, sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, as well as fiber and antioxidants. Whole grains of whole wheat are used for the regime. The wheat grain consists of a husk, endosperm and wheat germ. It is believed that if the wheat is subjected to heat treatment or ground, it loses part of its vital energy, its "prana".
The cereal regime lasts 10 days. To hold it, we need per day:
- 100 g of wheat / einkorn
- 3 apples
- 9 walnuts
- Honey
- Lemon
100 grams of wheat are washed very well in the evening, put in a well-retaining thermos or ceramic dish. Fill with boiling water almost to the top and close the thermos well so that the wheat does not have access to air. In the morning, carefully pour out of the thermos only wheat water and drink on an empty stomach, half - an hour before breakfast, adding honey and lemon to taste. The water is not drunk, but "chewed" because it is a very nutritious liquid. This water can be taken as a remedy to calm the nervous system, within 40 days. The wheat may be lightly boiled for a minute. It should be soft, even slightly cracked, but not overcooked. Divide into three parts, eat slowly and chew 99 times. On the first day in the morning it is said once: "Lord, receive me in the sanatorium of Nature for ten days."
We should not overdo it with honey - a maximum of 2-3 spoons a day. This is important because it raises blood sugar sharply, followed by a sharp drop. This leads to tremors, a feeling of hunger, hot flashes. Then we take more spoons of honey and so a closed circle is obtained. If this does not bother you, you can eat as much honey as you want during the regimen, but it is a very healing food.
For some people, there is a crisis towards the middle of the wheat regime. This crisis manifests itself in hesitation, helplessness, temptation, and if you do not give up then it becomes easier and more enjoyable. It is not good to do when we are going to do hard physical work - after all, this is a kind of starvation. It is good to rest, to spend more time in the sun and in the fresh air, not to be burdened with bad thoughts and problems.
On the 10th day of the regime follows the so-called fasting / feeding with angel soup. It is prepared by boiling 1-2 whole potatoes in water and then seasoning with black pepper, parsley and lemon juice (salt is not recommended, as after cleansing the body will react very strongly). A whole carrot or a whole onion can be added to the angel soup. The soup is consumed for 2 days, after which various fresh fruits and vegetables are gradually included, and after ten days food of animal origin is included. The most important rule - do not overeat!
IMPORTANT!
Before starting the regimen, it is good to cleanse your intestines of their contents with a laxative tea, enema, English salt or other method. If we do not do this, there is usually a loosening of the second or third day.
The period in early February can be exhausting to follow diets, as the body's immune defenses are weakened, so before you start the regime, make sure you are healthy and strong. If in doubt, consult a specialist.
Since the wheat we consume today is mostly GMO, it is advisable to use only organic wheat or varieties that have not been genetically modified such as einkorn, spelled and kamut.
The regimen is not suitable for people with celiac disease (gluten intolerance).
The water we use during wheat soaking and drinking is extremely important. Boiled water is recommended and let it be table water. Avoid using tap water.
During the ten days of the regime, we must be very sunny and positive, not to allow bad thoughts to creep into our minds. Purification on a physical and spiritual level at the beginning of the year is a great way to tune in to the right wave and welcome the year in excellent mood of mind and body.
