Extremely delicate and exotic oil from the nuts of the Australian Macadamia nut. Ideal for high temperature cooking (210°C smoke point), for breading or as a substitute for butter in baking. Use in cakes and all baked goods, for a delicate, buttery taste. Make omelets and other egg dishes. Great for pan-seared or barbecued steaks. In cooking, macadamia oil is used for cooking, frying or to season salads, and in cosmetics it is used in a wide range of products - from hair products to moisturizers for the face and body.
