This is the highest performance model of all Excalibur dehydrators. Ideal for families with larger gardens, gardeners and all those who are really serious about drying food. It has nine large drying trays with a total area of ​​1,134 m².

The EX-4900 is equipped with an 18 cm fan, a 600 W heater and an adjustable thermostat, but without a timer. The body, the door and the baking frames are made of a very durable and strong polycarbonate that does not break even under the wheels of a van or a hammer. All components are manufactured and assembled in the US, unlike some similar Chinese copies sold under different brands. All Excalibur dehumidifiers are equipped with black doors and black tray frames.
