Some time ago I bought an amaranth, it turned out that it did not germinate and I decided to use it as an additive to other cereals. In this case I use millet, but also can use rice, buckwheat, grout.
NEEDED PRODUCTS: fresh green and red peppers - 5 - 6, 1 onion, celery - a piece of root and 2-3 stems, together with the leaves, 1 small carrot, 5 tablespoons. amaranth, 1 coffee bean millet, water / in proportion to the beans 3: 1 / - about 4 - 41/2 caffeine. cups, pinch Himalayan salt, olive oil;
Put the water to boil. In the rest of the time wash, clean and cut the vegetables thoroughly. First prepare and wash the amaranth, the seeds are very small, use a fine strainer. Then prepare and wash the millet.
Add the salt and millet to the boiling water, along with the amaranth. In a separate container, stew the vegetables in a little water, then add the olive oil slightly.
When the amaranth and millet take up all the water, add the vegetables and mix. Take the dish from the hot plate and serve warmly.
