Cat's Claw powder (Uncaria tomentosa), 125 g

Cat's Claw is a vine that grows in the tropical forests of South America. The plant gets its name from the small leaves at the base, which resemble a cat's claws.

Features: Scientific studies have shown immunomodulating effects of cat's claw, content of polyphenols oleanolic acid, ursolic acid, katethinovi substances izopteropodin, pteropodin, izomitrafilin, mitrafilin, izorinhofilin, rinhofilin, minerals and others.

Recommendations for use
• Adults - 1 tsp herb (finely ground) soak for 10 min. in 500ml hot water. Infusion strain and drink three times a day on 1 glass of wine before a meal.
• Children 2-3 years: ⅛ to ¼ of the average adult dose;
• Children 3-6 years: ¼ to ⅖ the average adult dose;
• Children 7-11 (12) years: ⅖ to ⅔ of the average adult dose;
• Adolescents: ⅔ of the average adult dose to a full dose.

Note: Neonates and infants - only on prescription!

Side Effects: The herb cat's claw is not recommended in pregnancy, bleeding tendency (including shortly before and after major surgery), drop in blood pressure, as well as advanced liver disease. Should not be used in advanced tumors as a single agent for the treatment and only as an extra and then under the control of a specialist.
