This is an easy to prepare cake with carob flour.
1/2 cup of carob;
milk can and soybean 1/2 cup of;
Copper 2s.l .;
1/2 cup of brown sugar;
1/2 cup of oatmeal;
walnuts 1/2 cup (but I put sesame);
grated apple or pear fruit 2 pcs .;
80 g fat; bakpluver 1 tsp .;
vanilla 1/2 tsp .;
pinch of salt;
wholemeal flour eye to a thick sticky mixture.
Pour into baking dish covered with baking paper and bake about 30-something minutes.
But best to check because ovens vary
