The fruit of the mulberry tree (Morus allba) is 2-4 cm in size with a grape-like shape. They have a sour sweet and sour taste and are really delicious. Dried blackberries are easy to store and are a great addition to desserts. According to the Greeks, blacksmiths are a symbol of wisdom, and Avicenna has recognized them as healing in the cardiovascular system.

Use: bake them directly or add muesli, yoghurt or shakes
