Maca Lepidium Meyenii is an ancient Peruvian superfood that grows in the high plateaus of the Andes at altitudes above 3600 meters. In traditional Peruvian culture, Maca is considered an aphrodisiac.
The red poppy is the second most rare species of all kinds and makes up about 25 percent of the poppy harvest.
Red maca powder has a gentle and mild taste that can be compared with the taste and aroma of fine caramel.
Red poppies can be a great addition to your daily menu.
Directions: Recommended use is 2 tsp daily smoothie, raw desserts, salads and dishes
Start with 1/4 teaspoon morning after morning and vemer by increasing gradually until 2 tsp daily.
Dried poppy is about 60% carbohydrates, 9% fiber and a little more than 10% protein. There is a high level of fatty acids other than the roots of plants (2.2%) from which the linoleic, palmitic and oleic acid are the primary MC.
Maca is also a rich source of plant sterols (sitosterol, sampestrol, ergosterol, brassicasterol and ergostadienol). With regard to the quantity of minerals, maca exceeds potatoes carrots, rich in iron, magnesium, calcium, potassium and iodine.

Naturally, Peruvian baked or dried root and then ground into powder. Our maca is dried and powdered. Body is easier to absorb dust poppy than if you eat very root.
Can be added to juices, muesli, yogurt, fruit salads. Some manufacturers add poppy in chocolates, cakes, soups and more.
First-time Adoption of Maca powder: It is better to start with half a teaspoon per day dissolved in water or juice, which is not much and you may not feel the effect or vice versa - if you give pleasure and like the scent it, you can increase to 1 teaspoon.
Save adopted by the 1/2 teaspoon until you reach your threshold. It being understood that there will be an increased flow of energy and can be symptoms of detoxification. If you have symptoms to detoxify, it is better to lower the dose again.
