Nettle (Urtica Dioica) has been used for centuries in traditional Bulgarian medicine, cosmetics and cooking. It is covered with thin hairs on exposure emit acrid juice. Nettle powder is a good source of protein and fiber of plant origin. Our nettle powder Dragon Superfoods is entirely biologically grown in ecologically clean regions of Bulgaria.

How to use: You can add 15g (2 tbsp) nettle powder to soups, sauces, dressings and smoothies.
