Moon Diet 2018 - Clean the body with the moon phases
The Moon Diet is a diet consistent with the moon's motion around the Earth. Whether or not we realize it, the moon affects the water of the Earth, and our body is over 70% of the water. So why not take advantage of the beneficial influence of the Lunar Diet on our body?
In order for it to be effective, it must be observed 4 times a month, every week for 1 day. It starts when the moon enters a phase and lasts for 24 hours. During this time, large amounts of water are drunk - about 3-4 liters, tea - with honey, no sugar, fruit or vegetable juices. Milk and alcohol are not accepted.
By strict dietary compliance, you can lose 1 to 3 pounds per full moon, and during fasting during the four phases of the moon you will keep your weight down.
For the rest of the time, you have to eat in a balanced way, with the pursuit of growing Moon not to overdo the food, and in decreasing may give some of your nutritional delights. You also need to move actively, sleep and think positively. Avoid taking salt.
The Moon diet cleanses the body from the toxic substances that come into it and the retained water.

* During the Moon Diet ACCEPT:
- water (mineral or spring);
- tea (with honey or stevia);
- freshly squeezed fruit or vegetable juices.
* During the Moon Diet DO NOT ACCEPT:
- solid foods;
- alcohol;
- coffee (not recommended but not strictly forbidden);
- cigarettes.
How To Apply The Moon Diet:
Option I - 24 hours (from the beginning of the respective phase until the same hour the next day), which only accepts water, tea, freshly squeezed fruit or vegetable juices.
Option II - 72 hours (24 hours prior to the occurrence of the respective phase until 24 hours after expiration) - once a month - best at full moon or new moon. If you find it hard to withstand only liquids, eat raw or cooked vegetables on the first day, then water, tea and juice on the second day and in the third - consume water, pineapple and mushrooms (cooked or steamed).
Once you have finished your diet, the next day is a good meal to eat - mainly fruits (lemons and grapefruit), vegetables (carrots, cabbage, zucchini, celery, lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers) meat and fish.
