1. Be sure to use ripe fruits and vegetables.
2. Cut the frozen fruits and vegetables into small cubes before mixing.
3. When adding the ingredients to the blender, always start with liquid (kefir, yogurt, vegetable or nut-based milk, juice, etc.) and then add the remaining ingredients.
4. If the ingredients do not mix well, turn off the blender, stir with a spoon and continue blending.
5. Blend in stages - from lower to higher speed.
6. The ice cream needs time, leave the mixture in the chamber for at least 60 minutes.
