Lasagna on a roll
Products:
minced meat - 250 g.
old onion - 1 head
tomato paste - 100 ml.
old garlic - 2 cloves
oregano - 1 tsp.
basil - 1 tsp
salt -1 tsp
ground black pepper - 2 pinches
lasagna shells - 4 pcs.
ricotta cheese - 80 g.
mozzarella - 100 g.
parmesan - 50 g.
fresh parsley - 2 sp.
eggs - 1 pc.
Method of preparation:
1 Fry the minced meat, add the onion and garlic, as well as the spices, and fry until the minced meat is half cooked.
2 Soak the lasagna skins in warm water until soft.
3 Mix the cheeses with parsley, add salt and pepper to taste, add the egg and mix.
4 Each crust is cut into two rectangles and put on top of the minced meat. Then add the cheese filling and roll it up. You can put more stuffing on top if there is any left over. Sprinkle with parmesan.
5 Bake at 180 C for about 13-15 minutes.
